On the evening of August 10, 2024, AMPED Inc. received an exclusive invitation to the prestigious Renaissance with the Stars Galaat the Tobin Performing Arts Center. The highlight of the evening was when Carmen Grayson and Chantel Turner were presented with a generous grant, generously sponsored by Vulcan Materials and the San Antonio Area African American Community Fund(SAAAACF). This funding is instrumental in further developing and enriching our Career Pathway Program, allowing us to make a meaningful impact in the community.

On May 18, 2023, AMPED girls and their families were exclusively invited to Kinected CoWorking for a comprehensive session on financial literacy, with a targeted focus on generational wealth. Dr. Arnold Bellow led the impactful training, benefitingthe girls and their families.

On April 22, 2023, AMPED Inc. hosted its inaugural community event at the Carver Library. The event aimed to strengthen the bond between mothers and daughters while introducing the community to our organization.

The Mother-Daughter Paint Party was a great success.With the help of Aerial Williams, the SAverage Artist, families managed to enhance their bond through the power of art.One parent expressed, "My daughter is heading to college this summer. This was a way for us to create more memories together before she leaves."
